When Lucy and Thomas, a young newlywed couple with an adventurous spirit, stumbled upon a crumbling stone house in the Occitanie region of France, they knew they had found something extraordinary. The house, dating back to the 1600s, was far from perfect—it was worn, weathered, and in desperate need of attention.
